Here I am, mourning the loss of another..
Maybe a lover to some, a brother to others

A tragic death, young life cut short
My heart goes out to his family,
and any loves of sort

Such a young man,
Inexperienced in life
A friend, or foe…
Either way it ain’t right..

Nothing will make it all better…
So if I were to die tonight…

I send my love to my family,
my friends, even my foes.

Do not cry for me
‘Fore you need to know…

When I hit those heavenly gates..
See my lost friends and family..
My death will be less a tragedy,
and more of a blessing..

But I ain’t in no hurry,
So god if you please…
Give me one more day
To spend with those who love me…

Just a few more kisses,
From the love of my life,
Or a little more love from my brothers,
‘fore you take my life..

But if it cannot wait..
I will accept my fate
And take a walk down that dark hall…
My only hope is that you wake up in the morning,
Knowing that I love ya’ll…
