An emotional extended haiku.

Like a cold blanket,

cotton snow drifts down below,

the depth of the sky.

Blossoms push high up,

towards the sky in excitement,

to start sprouting leaves.

Dog days come and go,

spray water and just cool off,

why not stay inside?

It’s getting chilly,

Deciduous trees shed leaves,

the branches go bare.

Repeating again,

a cycle that goes around,

circling about.

Line 5 has 8 syllables, but other than that, very nice. I like it, and it flows rather smoothly. :)
