Ride The Sunset Trail By:  Elizabeth H M Grant Price

Ride my horse on a sunset trail,
In my saddle riding high,
Winds bring songs of love

I see the prairies of the golden west,
The rolling land far beyond my sight,
Inhale the green and fertile valleys,
Orchards all in bloom ah, a perfume,
That is sure to delight

In my saddle on a sunset trail,
Scented trees, bubbling brooks,
Whispering trees, a reflection
Of Mother nature as I see

As I ride the sunset trail, up yonder,

I drink in all this wonder

By the moonlit sky, stars are smiling,
I can feel at comfort’s ease

A reflection of God’s beauty on this trail
In my saddle, I Ride The Sunset Trail

So refreshing and well written. I wish I was on that sunset trail right now.
