Stretch up high then touch your toes…

Stepping and jogging and swimming each day
Got to keep the fat at bay
Lifting weights and doing press ups
Strain your tummy doing sit ups
Pulling on the rowing machine
Straighten those legs and keep them lean
All that lycra and rippling muscle
Not eating chocolate is a tussle
Stretch up high then touch your toes
All my lumps can be seen in these clothes
Doing some running on the spot
Helps remove the fat from your bot
Lie on your back and bend your knees
Do the stomach crunch with ease
Step aerobics makes me tired
But better than having my jaws wired
All these things I SHOULD be doing
I’ll finish this cream cake and then get going!
