To Write a First Poem

Offers a Glimpse of the Soul…

Where Anyone can look In

And see I’m not Whole…

To Write a Love Song

Is a Peek at the Heart..

Bursting with Passion and Feeling..

Where do I ever start?

To Write even a Thought

Unlocks a View to the Mind..

Open, Narrow, Bent, or Free…

All of the above?..Or am I just Blind?..

The Courage it Takes to Pick up a Pen..

Put it to Paper and just Begin…

Vulnerable and Exposed for all to See..

Ah, fuck it – I say – I can only be Me..

Triond made me take the “F” words out of one of my stories. You got off with that one. Thing is – people do use these words and if we write about real life – they are in there!
