A poem that can be seen in many ways.

Thank you road, for being a nice place to walk
For giving us a way to travel
And for keeping us out of the mud

Thank you road, for all of the stones within you
The lines that divide you
And your useless sidewalks

Thank you road, for your signs
They tell us what to do
And which way to go

Thank you road, for scraping our knees
As we fall upon you
When we trip over your bumps

Thank you road, for the carcasses that inhabit you
Because of careless drivers
Who didn’t see a bear in the middle of you

Thank you road, for the reckless people
Who kill our friends
That try to cross you

Yeah…thanks

    Wow, this is impressive!
The ending was a surprise, but definately speaks volumes! Well done!
