There are many roads that lead us
Some roads show us mercy
Some lead us into misery
Mercy roads give us empathy
Pathways to misery give us WHY!!!
Map out thy journey with great care
To stray leaves a great burden to bear
With no path to follow we ponder
Teach thy young to seek out needs
To lose ones way is destitute
The road to poverty are lead by want
Choices can lead us toward life’s insult
Those whims are roads to poverty
Needs stand in the shadow of pathways
