A poem about good ole’ rock n’ roll using different sound devices.

There is only one type of tune I desire

When I curl up nice and close to the fire.

I’m not the type for country

As Big n Rich would make me drop,

And im not too keen on hip hop

‘cause Slim Shady needs to stop.

I’m not a fan of classical

Whether or not its cream of the crop

No, only one little tune suits me

And its definetly not pop.

Rock n Roll instead is victor

Its varieties, I love them all,

From Iron Maiden to Miser

The endless list rises tall.

From heavy metal and hair bands

To alternative and punk.

These are the types of Rock n Roll

That shows to me some spunk.

I love the room rocking riffs

For they put me in my mood

My head speeds up and then gets stiff

Its my exstacy, my food.

So when I need to chill

Or reach a goal

I rise and reach

For Rock n Roll.
