Everyone has thoughts that affect them.
That is the saddest thought
that has crossed my mind
that we are so advanced
as the ultimate race
that are shattered hearts are misplaced
we have outgrown what we were meant to be
far too exceeded that we are beyond fixing
yet those we consider broken
or even less advanced
still have the protection
the bubble wrap of innocence
