I am the King of the Jungle.

I do as I want to

No one tells me what to do!

I set the rules for everyone else

They must obey them

Or face the King of the Jungle!

Got thirst one day

Went down to the river for a drink

The other animals warned me about the alligators that lived there

One snap of their powerful jaws and you will be a goner.

Thought I was too good for that!

Thought they would never do that to me!

Thought they would show me the respect I was due as King of the Jungle!

Boy was I wrong!

If Sam the Skunk wouldn’t have warned me to watch out

I would have been an alligator’s meal for the day!

Sam had yelled at the top of his lungs to move on back!

For some reason I listened to him

And watched as a big alligator almost snapped me into his big powerful jaws!

I thanked God for my good luck!

I thanked God for listening to Him!

I thanked God for good friends like Sam the Skunk!
