Hectically we run through our pace of life, without a moment of restore. Take a breath in between is the message within.

So little time, night turns to day
Our clock wound tight, ticking away
Remove the batteries, routinely restored
That moment of still, one not to ignore
A breath in between, pumped and refreshed
Head first we plunge, without a regret
Life as we know it, a field and dream
As the lights dim, so too the team
