Trying to figure out what more I should be doing – what will be the best way to ensure I leave a legacy for generations to come?

So many things to do; so many places to go

Where do I begin?

There is so much that I want to accomplish

Before I leave this mean old world

People’s lives I need to touch

In word or deed or song

To leave a legacy of good works

To uplift the down-trodden

Feed the hungry; clothe the naked

What do I tackle first?

The need is great at home and abroad

Do I wait for fame and fortune

To have a means to do big things?

Or do I start small, right now

With my limited time and resources

I lay awake at night plotting and planning

So very much I want to do

But right now I am so scattered

you are already doing it, for with every submission on here you leave a little piece of yourself and eack subject you write about touches someone elses life in some small way and maybe more in others, so go where your heart takes you and you can never go wrong, we are becomeing friends on here with people we don’t know, yet we look daily to see if they are here, Just be yourself and your mark will be left behind if only in someones heart
