This study aims to know the level of conformity between the implementation of an SLPHT rice plant in the Mayang Village District Gatak Regency Sukoharjo with technical guidance program school of integrated pest control rice seen from the component context, Input, process and products.         
                Basic method used in this research method is qualitative approach with case studies (case study). Location in this research is Mayang Village District Gatak Regency Sukoharjo, while the informant conducted in a manner deliberately (purposively). Purposively based on the consideration that is taken informants informants considered to represent information required in this research. Informants will be selected in this research, among other members or the management of farmers’ groups Sari Asih (participant activities SLPHT), instructor (SLPHT implementation activities) and of the farmers / the SLPHT.

                Results from this research indicates there is a fitness and inconsistency in the input, processes and products with the technical guidelines. The component input is the appropriate facilities and personnel executive. Component process is the appropriate forum for pre planting, and weekly farmers’ field day. Component products that are already in line capacity and skills of farmers in the field of observation of gadfly plant organisms in rice plants and control technology in an integrated, increasing the capacity and skills of farmers in agricultural to analyze ecosystem and increase cooperation in the agricultural business. While the component input is not suitable material that is delivered in SLPHT activities. Process components that are not appropriate and the location of the survey participants, guidance and coordination of the farmers to prepare for the agricultural field days.
