This is a story about a dying old man that found the fountain of youth. It was not really a foutain but a Great Basin Bristlecone Pine that can get to be 4844 years old. The secret to youth remain a secret because of the old man inability to provide proof that you can see.
Many have searched for the fountain of youth
To be young once again is a dream come true
Some will do anything to find out the truth
Many have searched but not found proof
One day, old timer Jones went in the woods
He just found out that his life was expiring
Full of many drugs, he went far as he could
He stopped due to his heart beat and tiring
Suddenly he heard a voice coming from a tree
The Great Basin Bristlecone Pine was speaking
It said I could lengthen your life 1614 times three
Just swallow this seed you will be healthy like me
After ingesting the seed Jones turned into a tree
He was young and healthy but not meant to be
He found the fountain but couldn’t tell anyone
The fountain is still a secret for no proof to see
