This poem is pretty much about trees and how they change from season to season.
Season by season
You slowly begin to change.
Your bark becomes rougher
Your leaves, brighter.
From lush green to sunny yellow
To fiery red and mango orange
All clash from one another.
There’s no sight more beautiful than your own,
Even in your nakedness!
You view yourself as dead;
Shy, like Adam and Eve themselves.
But upon winter you are
simply cleansed from all sin
and reborn to all things new.
You are the circle of life,
A reminder of our time.
So show us your bright greens!
Wear proudly your vibrant colors!
Stretch tall showing every little piece of you!
For you, oh tree, are looked upon
With Joy!
