This was one of the very first attempts I had in poetry writing way back when I was younger. I always give out all the feelings bottled up inside in the form of words. I am always in love and most of the writing I have is all about it.
Senses of Love
To never hear you is worse than being deaf.
To never see you is worse than being blind.
To never smell you is worse than a nose bleed.
To never utter my love for you is worse than a chopped tongue.
To never feel you is worse than total body numbness.
To never live with you is worse than burning in hell.
Corny as you may say? Nothing can be cornier if you have never spoken of love.
I could take out my cords and throw it away if I don’t have you to say these words to.
