You realize that,
Your life is not a big black hole.
If you keep your secrets,
You will die.

Can you hear that deafening silence?
Sitting in that pitch black room,
All of your glory is gone forever
All that’s left is doom,
All the haunting shadows,
The serpents of truth
Are entwined and become united,
Screaming becomes your soul,
You realize that
Your life is not a big black hole.
If you keep your secrets,
You will die.
Please don’t tell that lie.
Tears go streaming down
This gulf of loneliness,
Your lips burn hesitating
In this moment of truth
Finally you die and your
Heart and soul
Become one
And then,
They become mine.

Dark and sad but beautifully read.

I really liked the pace of this poem: it seems like it’s escalating and then just explodes at the end. Do you have anything published elswhere then on here?

Thanks Vanja, I won a few poetry contests but I declined publishing for those poems. So no I only have things published here.
