If salmon are so driven, people don’t stand a chance. We got to have it! Just don’t die for it.

Inspiration appears after the shortest year

Rinsing heartbroken from rain-filled misery

Trust is not a concern one should haggle with

Commitment exist underneath the pulsating rapids

Repetitive jolts moistening dormant sacs

The thought alone bares a naturalistic attraction

An aroma prevailing succulent evolution

Strong survival techniques rub satisfaction to the hilt

Kisses begin swimming up a free flowing stream

Dying to come into our original existence

Fusing penetration and determination in a nucleic bond

Prehistoric instincts feeding frenzied behavior

Tightness opened up letting remnants burst forth

Life fertilizing life, temptation grew

No force on earth could keep this from happening

Not once or twice, but a multitude of times

SO true, but we, as the only animals with the ability to reason (at least most of us) are supposed to be able to keep it in check. We could, in all actuality, die for it if we’re not careful.

This was another fantastic poem! the intensity gave me neck ache as I strain forward to take all the words in! Brilliant, I like your style and I think we are loosing our instinct a little.
