Cannot resist his blue gaze.

The first time I saw my lover,

I noticed his sexy eyes.

Such a beautiful shade of blue,

like the clear Carolina skies.

I became lost in his gaze.

To him I have given my heart.

He is the center of my world.

I pray we will never be apart.

You made the love of your life blush. Nice poem Darla. Only one thing that i would change about it. Clear Kentucky skies would sounds more appropriate than Carolina skies. Ha! just kidding, well done.
