This isn’t a biography of spendour,

But looking back in time, it has been shades of colours,

Blue, black, gold, yellow

…in light dim,

It’s been how I see

…but sometimes,

I’m left to wonder,

…if it hasn’t

Been all shades of blue,

…in all things.

Then left to ponder

In the sea of faces.

It started in gold,

But wasn’t to last.

Like in procession

It seemed never to end.

Kind of started from the past like a blast,

In dreams and sometimes in illusions.

Then on others I fend.

Every step was towards an end.

And all actions sending ripples into time,

…Seen in lives;

Space distorted, changing colours, changing time.

I’m wondering;

Was I made or marred?

Some say “one thing at a time”.

As all believe – drops makes the ocean.

Wealth started was one and one in dine.

In destiny, every man is choosen.

Suffice to add;

…every mile, a step of one.

But what is man built without colour?

Shades of blue, shades of gold,

…shades of colours!

Though pointless, yet all is defined.

Painted in time, we stand to behold…

We stand always in awe,

…of our lives and lives in hue,

All for the glory,

The making of colours in time.

Still virgin, still sane,

Unploughed by the current of time.

But my colours in red and blue.

In blue and red?

It is coloured in purple.

Then like dark clouds over the moon,

As once said,

It is “my life in phases”.

Many time it is the question of a choice,

Now colours in life of colour of dust,

Colours in time are colours unfading,

Colours distinct and colours defined,

Colours unchanging and colours of life.

In time are shades of colours,

Colours defining time.

But our lives will be colours as we see,

Shades of colours,

…colours in time,

Time in shades.
