This is a poem. Duh.

I’m one smooth talking son of a gun
A lawyer, politician, and drug-dealer rolled all into one
I’m the best of the best
Tested, tried and true
But nothing I do
Seems to please you
Your parents, they love me
Your best friend does too
I speak like Churchill
But you prefer Scooby Doo
If I could but know
Who you want me to be
It never crossed my mind
The answer was me

Great piece! I loved the flow and the fact that there is confidence and self realization in it. Good work.
