See the sun light through the cloud,
Hear God clap really loud,
Then rain drops start to fall,
He sheds a tear for us all,
Watching the world it’s changed sum,
Shakes his head wondering what we’ve done,
God once built it all with ease,
Hoping his children he could please,
Didn’t come out like the plan,
All had been ruined by the greed of man,
Yet the road in gold is paved,
With God and Jesus we can be saved,
In them we must believe,
To go to heaven as our bodies we leave,
For some this may not be in sight,
But they are with me day and night,
So when from this world I may part,
It’s with Jesus in my heart!
