A poem about someone with anxiety.

She’s Losing Grip

She tries to smile

but I can tell it’s hard

She is scared all the time

Twisting and turning in her heart and mind

I wish I knew how to put her heart at ease

To stop the rapid pounding that makes life uncomfortable

She can’t sleep

She can’t eat

I wish I knew how to put her heart at ease

Very sad poem, but well done.
