A poem about loss with an explanatory note of why it was written.

Writing something down in black and white (or cerice if your printer’s running out of ink) can have two effects: It makes you feel good or it makes you feel bad. This depends on two things: What you write and what you are feeling. It goes around and around in circles.

However I’ve found (despite repeatedly disputing this fact) that if you feel bad and write your feeings down, however bad it makes you feel at the time, its akin to shouting from the roof tops (except quiter). So here goes. Let’s see if I feel better. I hope those I love understand………….

Hey, Its been wrong since you left.

I understand you had to, it couldn’t be stopped…

…but I miss you.

I had to call you the other day.

Another question that needed answering…

…and I miss you.

How to? With what? Best way to fill a hole?

I’ve got the tools ready, can you come and help?…

…I miss you.
