Departure of love.
sorrow hums
and the crows perched upon our endeavours,
the sky turns grey,
the choir of melancholy,
now my heart screams at the sordid sky,
about why you came into my life
“why did you keep me so deeply that night?
the moment my lips embrace the
darling breeze of your kiss
I was hypnotized by a romantic talisman,
I had never seen in my whole life”
you said you love me for who I was,
but you lied at the expense
of smiling deceit,
you try to change me with your nagging smooches,
you try to seduce me
into denim love,
the love of outward appearance
and not the self,
but I’m a simple guy
“I’ve had it with your lies,
you hid too many things from me,
I figured out that if I could disguise you,
the world would not see your pain,
now the rose wilts,
but I feel like kicking it into the deep.”
My, if I could rekindle the smile of your soul,
I would swim the deepest of seas
to find the arrow that pierces your heart
and yank it out,
to set you free,
seriously I do not want to lose your warmth,
I miss the significant solace in your eyes,
you make me a talisman of romance
whenever we embrace each other
“I also shed tears,
missing those charming words,
words that caressed me till
I became the queen of your soul
and made me float on the clouds,
my heartaches deeply,
your smile is the only illixir
to heal this cardiac crack,
I wish you came back.”
I think it’s best,
that we put the wonder
of our hearts to rest,
as I love you, seeing
that eminent face brings me
so much pain,
it better we let go,
so this is the crossroad,
I’ll take the north path to solitude
I’ll see you in the smiling future,
as friends, I suppose
now your face disappears
by the will of a fog
and my soul dies in the world beyond,
because there is no life without you.
