A nature poem.

Cleavage of green hills

Wearing a lake pendant,

Unpolluted she lies, hidden,

Guarded, by thick forests

From prying eyes of greed.

Wild sunflowers dance on her

Cheeks, yellow miniatures

Paying silent obeisance to that

Distant sustainer of life. Time

Stops still to suck in her charm!

Drenched in showers, my valley

Pregnant with nature’s beauty

Nestles in the arms of her lover,

Silent as a woman, content with

Love making!
