There’s only been subtle changes.

I have endured a long wait,

as the time passes slowly.

Nothing much different is happening,

there’s only been subtle changes.

Things are only getting worse,

this is a difficult situation.

I am growing even more worried,

I just want to retreat and hide.

Instead I’m still silently waiting,

feeling so very tired and bored.

    Darla,

I know exactly how it is to be tired and bored. Nice piece.

Isnt a subtle change better than none at all?

Fight it and make your own changes. Do what you need to do.

    take heed,
    make speed,
    let some doctor in ,
    get spent,
    then you will never relent

It speaks of patience. The wait could take longer but you did it in silence.

Depends on what you’re waiting for, I guess.
