Tis not our way and so we hide.

Sing me lyrics in thy heart,
Meant to woo when we’re apart.
Fill my soul so dark as night
Words that ease me in my plight.

From whence ye came I don’t know
But now I fear I love thee so.
Tis not our way and so we hide.
I was not meant to be a bride.

Time doth pass so slow, so still.
I leave my land against my will.
I miss thy arms and tender kiss.
So much of thee, I dearly miss.

Sing to me lest I forget
How well we loved without regret.
With magic crystal, bright and dark,
Sing to me what’s in thy heart.
