The art of the yin-yang.

Sleeting Solstice

I don’t think she will ever look at me
I’m dreaming, conjuring a fantasy
Thinking, believing, she is a star –
How I wonder what you are

Her vampiric aura leaves me breathless
Lost, profound in tranquility –
Wishing she is my reality

Crystallized by evanescence
Redemption, the cause I seek
Melting away in her luminescence –
In her shadow I feel weak

T ender threshold no longer opening
I nnovation introduced, disgrace disappears
N egating my existence
A nd she is my sleeting solstice

Solstice – When the sun is at its greatest distance from the celestial equator
