I slipped.
From that last tab that I took,
it made me trip.
To a world of chance,
most will slip.
That divine face,
Which we all crowd around.
On a wonderful chase,
Yet so earth bound.
We wait and wonder,
for those we want.
Hearts turned into asunder,
the demons just taunt.
So we begin to lay,
as we start to fall.
As everything fades to grey,
attempting to crawl.
Ink hits the paper,
to my fullest content.
Literature is tapering,
Giving me utter torment.
So if you’re finding this,
you know I have tripped.
To a darkening abyss,
all just cause we slipped.
