In Italiana there is a say which is chi va sano va lontano. Sano means good health and lontano means far. Kirundi a language from Burundi also sounds Italian and the word chi in Italian which means who or people in Kirundi means summer or the hot season.
There are always pictures which are hard to develop
and there are people who are hard to calm
because of course you cannot stop the infection to develop
but you can find a remedy to stop it when calm
because probably that is how the infections develop
through the lack of the reason to become calm
and that is why it takes time to then develop
and the worst thing is not to be in carge of your calm
because then there is no need to develop
because that is how it was before not calm
