A poem about love.

Together,
Slowly, take my hand
Let’s side step
Over the stones, across this moving
River-bed

Be careful not to slip
The currents are steady
They can carry us away
If we do not keep our eyes
Ahead, toward that next one

And the next

Not too far ahead, for we would
Miss what was just before us
And, not just the next
That is immediately in view
For, focusing too closely on such

We may miss
A smoother
Better path.

I love your poem, short but not too short to
have much meaning. Keep up all your great work,
you have been generous in your response to my
few articles and it has meant a lot to me.

    Thankyou again
