A poem written early 2000 describing a little bit of what the author went through growing up due to people’s impersonal judgments. Maybe you can relate to the author?

How do you see me?
How do you know?
Why do you act and predict
On the things I show
I may be different
In colour and race
But we are all made one
From God up in space
No matter how I dress
No matter what I say
No matter what I do
You think he’s a crim or he’s gay
You think I can’t do it
You think I’m too slow
You think im a loser
And you won’t give me a go
I’m a Christian
And you maybe too
You may be a Muslim
Or you maybe a Jew
I don’t care who you are or where you have come from
I don’t care what you’ve done or whether you are a good one
I only care if you have taken the time
I only care if you know what makes up of mine
If you took the time to get to know me
If you took the time to judge on what maybe really
Then you can act
Then you can predict
Then you can judge me
On what you think of it
You can judge me however you want
But at least get to know me you arrogant SNOB
