Think snow to beat the heat
It’s more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit
In many states in the Midwest
And up and down the Eastern seaboard
From Florida to New York
It’s hot! hot! hot!

In addition to being indoors
And running the air to beat the heat
Turn on sprinklers and go swimming
Let it become frigid in your mind
Cool off and think snow

Imagine being in the Arctic and Antarctic Zones
Playing with polar bears, seals, walruses
Rein-deers, caribou, and penguins
See how bleak it is

Reflect on the cold, blistering, roaring winds
Think terrible winters
With drifting snow
And horrible snowstorms

Visualize being stuck in your vehicle in snow
The airports being closed
Being unable to take your flight
Experience electrical power outages
Caused by frozen power lines
In spite of these things have fun
Playing in the snow

Bundle up
Put on your snow boots and scarf
Build a snowman with your kids
Have a snow fight
Ski and go sledging
Think snow to help
Keep cool during this heat wave
I’m feeling the same way too, especially because I’m living in a tropical area. 
People are never happy…the ones who have snow would like to live in warm places, while the ones that are blessed with Sun want to cool down…how can you please a person?
