An original poem by Aubrey Lambach.

No one can be you.

No one gets me like you do.

Just as no two snowflakes are alike,

You fell from your own cloud.

But together we drifted down.

Toward this sphere called Earth.

Swirling, twirling, dancing, whirling.

Moving on paths that no one else could see.

But I saw yours.

And you found mine.

And from then on,

To the rest of the world we were blind.

Cautiously we neared

A world unprepared.

Learning as we descended upon a

View too big for us.

Each movement, graceful,

Slowly we

Braced our landing and we

Reached the white below.

At last in place,

I know my role

No further do I need to

Search. These six sides are so near yours.

You know my snowflake, you know my soul.
