Silent partners.

I want to hold you
Touch you and kiss you
But I could not
I’ll have to contend myself
Looking at you and
Talking to you
Casually, as much as I could
I don’t want to stare
Into your eyes
‘Coz blood will be flowing
Fast into my heart again
And I may not be able
To hold on to myself
And I will come rushing
Close to you again
I don’t want this to happen
‘Coz it will jeopardize everything

Blood rushing into my heart. I felt that. Oh, the restraint! The holding back. Does she want it? What does she want….god, if only I could share your shoes…I would strain for that kiss. Love is messy, kind, soft, restrained, held-back.. everything.

Don’t let them minx you. j
