Yesterday I wrote rubbish (calculated for those that read more into it), Today I write nonsense (with a moral attached to it), Who knows what tomorrow may bring?
I have a talent so very rare, its called muddlemix you know! I will say it very quickly, so that you don’t really know, from what it is I suffer, or just what it really means. But, I’ll relate a little story, so you can work out what I mean!
Daddy came into the kitchen one day, as I was brewing tea. He looked at me, and then at pot, and told me what was wrong. Dear Daughter you are silly, and have done it all quite wrong. That brew’s too strong. The spouts too long, the water’s cold. AND, to cap it all the water’s upside down!
So determined was I to get things right, I diluted that brew. Changed the pot, and, put it back to heat. I served that tea to all in sight, and, did not give a fig! The brew was spot on, the pot was just right, but now having stood on my head to put the water in right, my feet were soaking wet!
The moral of this story is: Don’t take criticism as gospel, you may not be the one in the wrong!
