The time is only worth the wait

I know four years, is four too long

And lust and love are way too strong

Especially with you and me, they make my head go  all wrong

I think your like a drug to me

You know your voice entrances me

Someday, I’ll give you what your missing

My heart, my soul, my body

You can lock me away and keep me

I know I’ve told you

Yet, you laugh at me

And I still don’t know why you put up with me

Someday, I wonder if my fingers

Fit between the spaces in yours?

Or will my lips press perfectly against yours?

A task I’ve still yet to try, yet you with practice have many times

Someday, I wonder what it’d be like the sweet brush of skin on skin…
