Someone asked me once what I thought about love, and this was my response. I was 16 when I wrote this.

There’s something about love.

Without it I wouldn’t even try.

I could be the richest man in the world,

but If I had no one to love, I’d die.

I would do nothing until I pass away.

My mind would commit suicide.

I could find someone to hold me,

and for five minutes I’d be high.

But after I lay down to sleep,

there would be no love when I open my eyes.

I’ll know it was nothing meaningless.

Then my heart and soul would cry.

If I’m ever lucky enough to find true love,

I’ll take it and fly.

I’m praying to find true love soon,

because without it, Ill die.
