Something in my Sleep

I did something in my sleep
I can really feel it today
It must have been an adventurous dream
To make me pull this muscle

Here I sit and can’t sit still long
You’d think I was a fidgety kid
I may find comfort for a moment
That does not last any time

Wonder what that dream could have been
Could have been something to write
Now here in church I am
On this old hard pew

Pain in my side
Gets worked with the singing
The grimace on my face
Just scared a little girl

After church got a meeting
Won’t be home to relax
Til almost dark
Nice way to spend my off day
