A poem about laughing at life.

Sometimes you gotta laugh at life

Feel joy deep down in your gut

Chuckle at your circumstance

Despite, in spite of

And no matter what

Laughter is the best medicine

It’s healing, don’t you think?

Infectious too so laugh until you cry

Laugh until the Planet’s tickled pink

Sometimes you just gotta laugh at life

Laughter keeps your hopes alive

Without it an entire world

Would be like dinosaurs

And not survive

Laughter keeps you in harmony

The humor of it all

Releases endorphins to give that extra push

When your happy engine seems to stall

Through heartache & disappointment

Figure this for this will see you through

You gotta laugh at life sometimes

So laugh at life or life

Will laugh at you

    Endorphins? thru laughter
    Endorphins thru sexorgasms?
Long Lifers inside Jails, try both.
Short Lifers outside jails, try living.

Good poem, you are so right, sometimes you just have to laugh at life.
