Praise to the king in heaven,

Who has unto us this day given,

Even to those who are bed-ridden,

And those who want their sins forgiven,

Has He been faithful through Christ who is risen,

Nothing from us He has taken,

But to us freely He gives that token of His love; the Christ who is risen.

Faithful and merciful is God almighty, proclaim me and fellow brethren.

Unto a higher plane my life has been driven,

Through Christ who is risen,

Jesus Christ, unto us you were begotten,

By the Virgin Mary in the town of Bethlehem,

For man’s unity with God to be strengthened,

With the chord of Love, we ask that we together be fastened and tightened,

Between our God and us His children,

Unto you we would bring our entire burden,

Because we have been weak and heavy laden.

Thanks for your power, with which the gates of hell could be shaken,

What you detest is what is forbidden,

Through the power of the name of Jesus Christ who is risen,

My humble words have I written.
