An intimate poem, I wrote awhile ago.

Travel world yonder bend..
tree, hill and vale, ice capped mountains,
and tassled hair.

Waterfalls, and hot spas,
heal the aches,
and burn the bones.

sticks and stones,
berries and twigs,
I see you see me,
beyond the darkened moor.

Following me for some time..
who knows why for.
I pretend to not notice..
as you gaze through the lattice.

through trees you leap,
and mountains you tempt,
to the end you will follow me and back again.
scroll in hand and script you etch..

the quill is mightier than the…heart.
no, no it’s not.
the heart and soul, they know no boundaries.

so, keep writing..
singing, be the bard that you are..
your stories are epic.
for we are one, you and I.
