To you I reveal my less appealing self.

My layers torn back so my core is exposed.

I become transparent to you. I lead you straight

You know the ME that no one else sees

The scared lil girl I am inside wishing she had her mommy.

I am who I am with you, the ME without the MASK.

And I give myself completely to you, never holding back.

Naked and unashamed you see the fullness of KING.

I know you would never feed me poisoness apples

That separate me from my GOD.

Because deep down you are apart of me

Flesh of my flesh, blood of my blood.

I trust you whole heartedly with all of my heart.

Cuz you challenge me mentally

And stimulated me emotionally

And physically right from the start.

I give you pieces of me,

Hidden in deep dark chambers of myself.

The places I’ve allowed you to roam

Have never been visited by anyone else.

.. ..

The ground you walk upon is sacred

Like the three gifts given to God’s ONLY son

And the secrets I’ve whispered to your soul from mine

Was undoubtedly because you are MY ONLY one.

I am with you and I am NAKED.

Where others see clothing you see straight through to the heart of me.

.. ..

I am exposed and unashamed

And I am glad I can trust.

Someone with the entirety of WHO I am

So I stand naked to the TOUCH.

So as long as you value the sweet essence of me.

Never Judge me like the world does.

Let my soul fly free.

Even if only for a moment I can see beauty in me

Through the reflection in your eyes.

And the RAINBOW I know was meant for me too,

Becomes a symbol of GOD and not just of  PRIDE!
