Splatter Shatter.
I’d like to greet you with my goodbye,
Sit on my windowsill and learn to fly,
Kiss the metal and go out with a bang,
Get a grasp on water and feel its fang,
Caress a widow in black and let her bite,
Embrace my pillow until it is night,
So that my own body’s out of sight.
Want of a suicidal love,
To fall from a mental above,
The craving of a one night stand,
First saved and then canned,
Losing all available hope,
Just trying to cope,
Live life on a downward slope.
I want to be the social outcast,
The one that’ll never last,
Secluded, detached and unused,
Abandoned, beaten down, and abused,
One without a bit of spunk,
Nerd, freak, and punk,
A ship already sunk.
Rejection,
No detection,
No connection,
Perfection.
I don’t want your affection,
Your negative recognition,
I want that glare,
An awkward stare,
Who can rely on brutally fair,
Its form is still and bare
