Celestrial lights dance overhead , the moon shows off it’s glow
a gentle breeze comes cross the porch as if to let us know
the flowers have released thier scent they’ve held back since the fall
an owl in a nearby tree cries out his hooting call
frogs begin to croaking loud to let us know their near
an orchestra of crickets play thier first show of the year
dawn slowly pushes out the night and with the morning brings
the vocal fowl so proud and loud to sing us songs of spring .Edwin J Sutton
