Poem about the arrival of spring.

SPRINGTIME

When the snows retreat,
The robins peep,
And pollen scents the air,
Snowdrops welcome springtime,
Everywhere.

When the blossoms bloom,
The bees zoom,
And the honey bears stare,
Daffodils welcome springtime,
Everywhere.

When the soft winds blow,
The forests glow,
And the doe takes a dare,
Pollywogs welcome springtime,
Everywhere.

When the ice begins to thaw,
The snows stall,
And the mountain lions glare,
People welcome springtime,
Everywhere.
