Poem depicting the hypnotising power of the muse.

STARS IN MY HEART

A bell chimes noon; I see rays flare

and race to earth with tips of gold

that pierce my heart so stars will blaze.

I feel notes pulse; my lips pour sighs

as love wings hope for bliss and grace

to reign in light when dark roars deep.

A steam of scents heats fast my brow

The muse glides near; I fall in swoon.
