An original poem. Just flew from my mind.
Poetry, doesn’t scarily have to rhyme
Or be filled with witty, and catchy punch lines.
Poetry can be what be what it wants, and say what it pleases
But it does really have to come from inside.
People often underestimate the power of words
They overlook it’s power as if it where blurred.
But deep in our nature, we still understand
How to solve problems like civilized man.
They say it’s a hoax, they say it’s a lie
But the truth is they’re trying to hard to deny.
They try to conceal it, like land and blue skies
But it’s true, only words can heal stereotypes.
