There are stories that we only tell on special occasions.

Hidden in a closet

are the stories never told

Some with special means,

and I treasure them like gold.

I’d like to tell my stories and

the magic that they hold,

and share them by the fireplace

on the days that’s very cold.

I’d like to gather my grandchildren around my feet and tell them some stories as well. I can hear it now, “Grandma, was there really no cell phones and internet when you were growing up?”

so nice to tell the stories when the weather is cold, the listener won’t feel inpatient since it is so cooling and comfortable…if I am sweating, I won’t have that patience… ha ha…
